Invoice Terms

• Payment of a deposit is required at least 72 hours prior to the funeral taking place. The deposit will be equal to the total of the third party fees, these are fee’s we pay on your behalf. These fees are otherwise known as disbursement fees.
• Final balance is payable within 28 days of the funeral taking place.
• If the balance is not paid within 28 days we may add 2% interest each month to the outstanding balance, if the balance remains unpaid we may instruct a third party to collect the balance on our behalf who may also add fees, charges and interest.
• We are able to accept payment via Bank Transfer, Cash, Credit and Debit Cards.
• Please let us know if the balance is to be paid through an estates account, life insurance or a solicitor is dealing with the account.

Charitable Donations

At present we do not make any donations in excess of £250 to any charities or good causes within our local area
